Si tu le teste en localhost, ça ne sert à rien de le mettre en Online, tu peux le laisser en Offline. Si tu le met en Online, il sera accessible sur internet donc attention.
Le logo dans la barre des taches est bien vert ? Si oui, qu'y a-t-il d'écrit dans les fichiers de log apache error et access ?
Le logo n'est pas en vert, mais quand je clique en put Online il devient en jaune :

Oki, tant que ce n'est pas vert, ça ne marchera pas.
Apache n'a pas l'air d'avoir de soucis donc cela vient de mysql. Dans le menu de mysql essaie de lancer le service manuellement, sinon supprime le service et reinstalle le service.
Si le logo n'est toujours pas vert, affiche se qu'il y a dans le log mysql (juste les dernieres lignes qui sont à la même heures)
En te parle de logo vert, mais quelle version de wampserver as-tu ? Si c'est la version 2.0 le logo sera entièrement blanc, sinon il sera vert pour wampserver 2.1.
les deux services wampapache et wampmysqld ne sont pas dans l'etat Démarré

Ouvre ton fichier en tant qu'administrateur (clique droit + exécuter en tant qu'administrateur). Il va te demander quel programme utiliser par la suite.
