***Solution***: There is a syntax error in the file named "config.inc.php" located in C:\wamp\apps\phpmyadmin3.1.1. Look for: $cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPasswordRoot'] = true; (For me it is on line 22.) and change it to: $cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPasswordRoot'] = 'true'; The "true" is missing it's quotation marks so it returns as 'false'. Restart

It might help in future if you describe the error in more detail when you ask for help. Are you just trying to say that you are getting an "access denied error" when you are trying to access phpmyadmin?
