WampServer

I created a very basic form with two whole fields. When I submit the form, the data is in fact put into the database. The problem, is that the data put in is empty. I attempted to echo the entire post array, and it returned an empty array when I ran the file on the localhost, the one with wamp5 installed. When I moved it over to the webserver, it worked fine. Any ideas? thanks
