Please help! First, I don't use phpmyadmin very often and is close to novise on mySQL so please forgive me if the answer to my question may be obvious to most of you. No need to engage in this problem anymore. I solved this issue by installing wamp on another computer and it works great!

Thanks for your answer but I don't want to disable IIS as I need it for my .net development. Is there a way that I can change Apache/Wamp to use another port instead? I tried to change the listen command (as well as the ServerName localhost:80) in httpd.conf but that didn't seem to help. I understand I need to do something more?

I've just installed WAMP on my Vista computer. I can't make it work properly and when I chose the option "Test Port 80" I get the message "Port 80 being used by Server: Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0".
