Just find a better Solution! I have Skype and Nod32, the skype solution is simple as UrsuPolar says. But for Nod, there is something easier, although UrsuPolar's way is better, maybe. Open NOD32 main Window (double-click on nod tray icon), press F5 to open adv options, and find "HTTP" under "Web Access Protection", under "Antivirus and antispyware". Then, just unch
