I am trying to get a silent install working. I tried "WampServer2.0i.exe with the /s /verysilent" and it does install but WAMP is offline when is starts. Is there any way to make the default online? I always take the defaults so the current version with a -DEFAULTSILENT install option would be perfectly acceptable for my uses. If the ini files need changing then these could be overlaid after the installation of Wamp. I had this problem with the 2.0F. There is a fix though.... In the C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.30\bin folder there is an executable called mysql_upgrade.exe Run it in a DOS box with the parameter -f (for force). (so type: mysql_upgrade.exe -f) You may see some odd messages talking about table repair but ignore them. After running this you will see the mysql.servers table. BTW, MySQ
