Hi Rina..New here and to Wampserver. I don't know the answer to your question but I use WinXP 2nd edition and I tried to get it to run on my system and it wouldn't. Install 1.4.5 and try it but don't delete it and download the newest 1.6.5 and install it right over the 1.4.5 and it should work. the way it is suppose to. Make sure your anti virus and firewall are off when installing. The 1.4.5

I got it running but the program is not made to use 5.0 My server is running 4.0.25 what one would I replace this with that would let me run a forum program that uses MySQL 4? I want to use an updated phpMyAdmin so I can inport databases...Thanks..Keithmj

Hi..I was wondering if I can use this on my home WinXP computer. I have some forums that I wanted to use on my computer without being online but was told that I needed MySQL and other things. I have one XP and one Win98. Will it run on the Win98? I only need MySQL 4.0.25 as I don't think my program will run on 5.0, Can this be changed? And I don't have a server yet.
