The same hapened to me. I used to have WAMP 2.0b working perfectly, but now I have clean installed Win XP with SP3 and after installing WAMP 2.0c I received that same message from the very first time I tried to put the server online. Culd this be in some way related with SP3? Only that (and of course the version upgrade from 2.0b to 2.0c) is the only difference in my system between my working
