Hello, I see if I DL WAMP, it comes with PHP 5.4. But, in the PHP addons, it only goes through 5.3.1. How can I install a PHP version beyond 5.3.1? lee

Hello, Anyone know the .htaccess configuration to prevent entry, but not password protect. Every example I can find has to do with password protecting, but I want to create an area that will not allow people to access it with something like . take care, lee

Hello, This is not a WAMP question, but rather a mySQL question. I created a new user and gave them 'all privilages'. Yet, when I use that user to connect to the DB, I get a Database Not Selected error. However, If I change back to the root user, it connects just fine: root localhost Yes ALL PRIVILEGES Yes Edit Privileges uchooze_params_a localhost Yes ALL PRIVILEG

ok, Thanks for the help, but I'm still having a problem. I made the change you said. Now it says cannot load mysql. I checked the PHP.ini file and the extension = mysql is uncommented. any other suggestions? take care, lee
