i don't now what i must do ?? i have this a file from wordpad and this what must i do now ???

Setting the database connection with phpmyadmin Open in Notepad to paste in the database details you have just set up for the user name, password, database and localhost and save the file what must i do here i have do everything if i do this in a site the link it don't work if i polace it in notebook don't work so pls help me with this stap
