GREAT, thanks, that was the problem, I deleted the .htaccess file from my local disk and it now works. I will now look more into properly configuring the .htaccess file. Thanks again P

Hi, My wampserver is working great on 4 of my sites, but doesn't work for 2 of them. For these 2 I get Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have cause

4. adding users
Hi, I want to use wampserver to locally test my database before making changes online. I have exported the database from my site, and imported it locally. The tables / data is there. BUT to do a proper testing locally, I need to use the same user and password as on my site. I don't see where to add a user in wampserver. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Pat
