i am using wampserver 2.0 and every time i restart my computer, the software stops working. i have to reinstall it... as you see this is a problem that i need fixed so i need help.

i am going to mysql to develop a website, but whenever i go to the link (on the menu) it just says " Forbidden You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server. " i was ably to access previously, but then i reinstalled the software (long story) it got all screwy. the php software works fine and so does sqllitemanager and so does everything else, but not this..
