I went ahead and uninstalled the 2017 packages. rebooted and tried to install the packages in the right order. That did not work, same errors. I downloaded vcredust_2008_x86.exe from the microsoft site and it installed without any errors. I downloaded the other packages which did not want to install, from the ms site but they all give the error that a newer package is installed and won't in

I still get the same errors installing (see first post). I noticed 2017 packages are already installed on this machine. Do I need to uninstall those first to preceed in the correct order (old > new) for the install to work?

I'm on a freshly installed legal windows 64, with all updates run, which had wamp running before the reinstall of windows. "the file sizes displayed in your screenshots do not absolutely match the file sizes of the files on deposit on the site." How could that be? I downloaded them from your site and unzipped them. I just re-downloaded them, unzipped. Are these not the correct

I've manually installed another PHP version to Wamp. Now I get this message: Database Error: The PHP `ext/mysql` extension is removed in PHP 7, cannot use the `mysql` driver. Also, this system does not support MySQLi or PDO MySQL. Cannot instantiate database driver. other php versions work fine. What do I need to do to get this working again? I'm stuck on the install of the PHP7.05 for wamp 3. I'm logged in as superadmin, and wamp is clearly installed on c:/wamp. these files are in c:\wamp\ wampmanager.conf wampmanager.exe wampmanager.ini wampmanager.tpl In wampmanager.conf: installDir = "c:/wamp" I'm sure I'm in the right directory. This is on windows 10 64 bits. This is a continuation of

Ouch! I get the exact same message when via admin. In wampmanager.conf: installDir = "c:/wamp" I'm sure I'm in the right directory. I got my site-root and databases in another directory, could that have anything to do with this?

yes, those files are there. And when installing I had to enter the admin password. Or maybe I need to login to windows as admin, could that possibly make a difference?

I'm doing this method: Downloaded the mod binaries from here: added the loadmodule statement in the apache config LoadModule wsgi_module modules/mod_wsgi.so I'm on win8 64 bit (but installed WAMP 32) and need Python version 2.6, so I tried each of the 2.6 versions, rebooting wamp each t
