well i exported the database of my website and it topped 65mb, now if somehow my site fails or something i will have a backup, but why does phpmyadmin says only 2mb when importing ? where do i fix this is the php.ini file ? thanking all

hello peeps. I have a small problem and i really don't have a clue as to what is causing this. now i have my website running, but i've noticed that whenever i download a file from it, it's corrupted. any file above 700KB. Now i've been on joomla and even remository forum but i didn't get a solid answer so here i am. 1)is there like a limit of file size to upload that phpmyadmin can handl

when you say others, do you mean your site is on the internet ? you need to have a domain name mapped to your computer.. like www.test.com --> will resolve to your IP. forwarding port 80 through the router is not enough. you need your ISP to allow you to host it, that's how it is in my country. did i get that one right ?

Ok i think i will need this some time soon, i will expose a wamp server on the net. how do i secure it ? the OS will be win server 2003, can you guys help to secure this..before i get wacked..lol thanks and oh, if there's a good security guide on here, please link me to it..thanks

hehe, i didn't know seriously, i don't even know what it does, and besides since as part of security phpmyadmin needs to be locked up, so why not this one, does it have any relation to phpmyadmin ? if not, thats ok, i was just worried thanks again mate

ok this is a follow up to my previous phpmyadmin post. since now my admin panel is secured (hmmm or so think, lol) how do i secure my Sqllite manager with a password.. authentication just like php ? here's picture of sqlilite thingy any ideas ? thanking all so very much

mate it's not working, i get the error 1045.. and besides, when i log onto phpmyadmin, i have like 6 users, 3 called "any" and 3 called "root"... but in your guide you said that there shud be only 1 root, but mines different so i tried deleting the "any" and leaving only 1 root and there i got that error 1045. what do i do ?
