WampServer

I downloaded wamp5 1.4.4 which comes with an older 1.x apache (the newer ones uses apache2) but right after installation I get the same error message (#¤%#""#%). Obviously my computer wont accept an older version of apache. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Thx for the help

I have the exactly same problem, Im on Vista business though. Really annoying since I was going to try EZ on the server and it requires 1.xx.. Hoping for a solution to this.
