Huh, I didn't have a folder named "LOGS" inside the www/ dir, so I made one, and now it works. What a weird way of dealing with things THANKS!

Yes, this is what happens when I Restart All Services on WAMP.

So, I did this setup and I get this error (And a yellow meter bar from WAMP): The Instruction at "0x7c910de3" referenced memory at 0xffffff8". The memory could not be "read".
