i am running wamp 2 64bit on windows 7.... everything worked fine for weeks until i changed mysql password through phpmyadmin for a particular job .... i couldn't change it back because it would not let me into phpmyadmin.... i uninstalled wamp (wrong thing to do, i now know) and reinstalled wamp. now nothing works no localhost no phpmyadmin but wamp is online and running with the green light ..

i have installed IIS on my machine and i have installed WAMP2. they were both sharing the same port 80 so WAMP wouldn't go on line, i have gone into the httpd con file in C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.6\conf and changed the line Listen 80 to Listen 81 now everything seems to be running OK (icon all white) but when i go to open local host via wamp it asks me for a username & password
