WampServer

I'm trying my hand at php, and was directed to wampserver.com from a tutorial on lynda.com. I've installed the software package, and the php4 addon... and everything seems to be running (at least according to the little odometer) but when I try accessing my browser just spins in circles looking for it. There is no "error page" or cannot find server response... my browser just simple
