Hell im going replace my Apache/cgi-bin folder to my www, im going to test my perl but is not working localhost/apaceh/cgi-bin/test.pl nothing happen goint to download that file what goint to do, i config all in httpd. to run my Perl nothing happens and install Addons Perl activates nothing happens How can i run Perl file?

I previously had a LAMP installation and all my PHP programs were executed properly, including PHPMyadmin etc. My LAMP installtion was a standard SugerSpike 4.0. When I moved to WAMP5, not a single of my PHP programs are running properly. Take an example test.php <? echo "Nitin"; ?> Even this gives a blank output when executed. What is the problem?
