i want to run perl script with wamp. How can i integrate with perl ? or can i get perl addons for wamp 2?

2. How to change file permission.
I have a some problem about file permision. I use window xp os and wamp server version 2.0. When I install Dolphin Community Builder Demo version in my localhost , dolphin said i have to change permission 777 to 775. How can i change?
