WampServer

Hello, There is something I don't understand... I instaled wamp+perl_addon and as I understood I should be able to run perl scripts somehow by default configuration but I don't understand how - there is no /cgi-bin/ in by www directory (default directory) - I tried to create a pl and cgi file I couldn't run them.
