I Have been experiancing the same prob with oscommerce installed on my pc. I downloaded the PHP4.4.2 add on - when i switch to php 4 and i try to access my catalog homepage I get the same error you get but when i switch to php5 then I can connect to the database.

If you have wamp installed create a folder in the www folder and place your test1.php inside it. Then rename test1.php to index.php You should see something. You dont need a special php editor. You can edit in notepad aslong as yousave it as .php Post Edited (04-23-06 16:21)

Create a folder in the www folder of your wamp server and call it anything you like. Hi everyone I'm hoping that someone here can offer me some assistance.
