WampServer

I've installed WAMP and when I run it, it says that only 1 of 2 services are running - server is offline. I go to services.msc and I see that WAMPAPACHE is offline/stopped but when I try to start it, I get an error saying that the service cannot be started and if it is a non MS service then contact the vendor/administrator. How can I fix this? Thanks
