I had the same problem with windows 10 build 22H2. My solution : A) Save the directory of your wampserver 3.3.0 x64 installation with another name; Stop wampmariadb et wampapache2 services if they are running (in service.msc); C) Install wampserver 3.3.0 32 bits; D) Stop all wamp services from the tray; E)
