1. local php.ini
I have about 10 websites that all require unique php configurations. Is there a way to have php load the local php.ini file?

2. Server API as CGI/FastCGI
Is it possible to change the Sever API from Apache 2.0 Handler to CGI/FastCGI? Also i would like to use local php.ini files for multiple websites, is this possible?
