Hello, it did not work. But, I was able to find a workaround. I can activate Apache, if I open the apache bin file and click on httpd.exe, or type in to the command prompt, as an administrator, "c:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.58\bin\httpd.exe", and Wamp works just like normal, the only difference is that the Wamp icon does not turn green. Thank you for all your help!

Hi, I do use an anti-virus, but I have already temporarily disabled it when trying to turn on Wamp server. I don't know how to check if the Windows firewall authorizes access to httpd.exe. All that I was able to do was open Window Defender Firewall with Advanced Security, and saw 4 rules for the wampmanager.exe with the name AeTrayMenu.

Hi, it did not work. Wampapache64 is still not starting. I followed all the steps. If it helps, Redist VC++ installer did not ask me to disable any applications.

Hi, the IIS is unchecked. I reinstalled all services, but when I did so, I got this error message for the Aestan Tray Menu: Violation d'accès à l'adresse 000000000061BF58 dans le module 'wampmanager.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 0000000000000478. I'm unable to close it, without restarting the computer. I still opened the command window "as administrator", and this was the result:
