How to change the version of PHP that the WampServer is using in CLI mode? There used to be an option for this in the Tools menu, but it no longer exists.

4. Can't install Apache 2.4.57.3
Hi there. I tried to install Apache 2.4.57.3 on Windows Server 2012R2, but I get an error message. I have installed Wampserver Update 3.3.1 and VC 2015-2022 (VC17 x64) 14.36.32532. Furthermore, I also installed VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64 0.73.0. But I still get the error: “This program does not support the version of Windows that your computer is running”. Help me with this, please.
