I found what the problem was, I had a duplicate MariaDB running on my PC!

Hi all, I'm having an issue with Wamp on Windows. Following a clean install of Wamp, I was able to connect to the MySQL database using phpMyAdmin without any issues. I then rebooted my computer and I'm no longer able to connect to the databasw with phpMyAdmin.
