WampServer

I use Wampserver 3.3.1 64 bits. The MySQL version is 8.1.0. I updated PHPMyAdmin to version 5.2.1. Whatever PHP vesion I install there is always the red message Not compatible with PHP ... So what is the highest PHPMyAdmin version to be used with Wampserver 3.3.1 that is compatible with all currently used PHP versions?
