WampServer

HI, I have two windows servers (Failover configured) and have a shared drive. I need to install Wamp and run my CRM Application on it. How can this be achieved when one server is down and windows failover is switched to the second node and wamp based CRM application should run from the second node without any human internvantion. I would be very grateful if anyone could help. if not this
