Thank you, Otomatic and RiggsFolly. I still don't understand what I'm doing, and messing around with the very files that underpin everything makes me very nervous. Opened it in VSCode, and of course, it didn't match up with the graphic in the how-to. Lost again

I've set up a wordpress on my wampserver, but health checks revealed it was using http, not https.
