Thank you for your response and suggestions. Unfortunately as per our organization user must has to work as domain user not local/ordinary standard user.

Hello, We are using WampServer3.1.7 on our Windows7/10 system. And its perfectly working with windows local user. But when someone login on the same system as as Windows server 2012 active directory domain user and tired to use WampServer they are asking for Administrator credentials which we cannot share with user.
