WampServer

i have looked and the mysql was really running but the same error occured and i have checked the config file it was ok. any ideas why this happens ?

hi i have installed the last version of wamp and i get an error starting PhpMyAdmin #2003 - The server is not responding who has any suggestion how should i fix this problem ? thanks for your fast replies.
