WampServer

basically im looking to use home pc as an apache webserver Iv installed Wampserver its working as far as i know great iv set a no-ip address for my link now as i said im looking to use it as an apache webserver there for i need to add phproxy onto it somehow Im a abit of a novice can someone please help me through it or link me to a tutorial! Thanks!
