Is there a way to include an attachment? I'd like to send you a screenshot. Otherwise I can put a jpg on one of my sites and send you an URL. PS Despite having "Email me about replies to this topic" checked, I'm not getting notifications. And yes I've checked my spam stuff. They're not showing up there either.

@RiggsFolly As I suspected, Require all granted had no effect. Any other thoughts?

No sir, not obvious at all! I've been trying to figure it out for days. I can tell you that everything on the network resides in the 10.20.0 subnet including the routers. Meanwhile, I'll test the Require all granted scenario anyway and report back.

@RiggsFolly I have set up a "clean" instance of WampServer64 as per your post on StackOverflow I have created an A record in DNS for the virtual host named "ss" Machines on the network are able to ping the server just fine. [10.20.0.3] returns Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Apache/2.4.41 (Win64) PHP/7.3.12 Server at 10.20.0.
