How do I check for errors in the event observer?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have now checked for IPV6 and added the line ::1 localhost to the file hosts. I checked for VC libraries with the tool and it said all of them where successfully installed. I ran all pending updates in windows 10 and reinstalled wampserver. Still having the same issue, icon is green but menus won't open on click.

Hello, I have been looking for a solution to this problem but could not make it work.
