I'm having an issue establishing an SSL on a WAMP server (VERSION: 3.1.9) I'm not quite sure what I've missed, because I've already attempted to go through instructions provided everywhere I've searched... I don't want to update to 3.2.0 because it won't work at all... I've seen solutions for other versions of WAMP except for 3.1.9... I have a valid SSL certificate, but the WAMP server do
