WampServer

Hi I'm Niall, I've been trying to setup a local installation of Sendy to try and do some development on the server. Currently when I try and launch Sendy from the wampserver homepage, I don't get a response and the site cannot be reached. There are no logs in access.log, mysql.log or php_error.log. However there are some in the apache_error.log: AH00422: Parent: Received shutdown sign
