WampServer

I have a very hard time (= literally impossible) making Wamp work on a computer because I can't install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 either. All I want is to manually recover the database of a WordPress website I developed locally and use this on a remote server. Is this possible? If yes, how? Note: there's multiple local websites in the database. Thanks
