WampServer

I have downloaded a complete WP site of mine by FTP to my local machine and erased the original online files. I want to re-construct the site offline from the WP files on WAMP. How do I do this? Thanks.

I've just installed wampserver 3.1.4. It seems to operate successfully but it displays on the bottom of the dashboard this error message: Error c:/wamp64 or PHP in PATH So far as I know, this hasn't yet affected the performance of wampserver, but I would like to get rid of the error if possible. Any help about what causes this and how to deal with it much appeciated
