Just an FYI I have a WAMP server v3.1.4 and another v3.1.7. It does work, and it works very well. I am accessing my WordPress 5.x site on a LAN - no issues (on the 3.1.4 server, but will be updating that to 3.1.7 soon). Also have https setup and working great - on all servers. You will need to create a CNAME in your DNS servers for the site. We don't know what your LAN DNS domain is,

just to add.. I have entered information for the new virtual host in the same manner I have don in the past on a separate server (running 3.1.4) in the top area, I use the server name as it would have been typed in a browser (without the ) and in the bottom I use the drive and path to the location where the web files will be located.

Thanks - what I was looking for was upgrade instructions for 3.1.x to latest version. Do you just run the latest WAMP exe and install over top? (my first post was indicating I could only find info pertaining to the 2 stream...)

Hello All, I have been looking for a topic - upgrading WAMP from 3.1x (or 3.x) to latest version.. in this case 3.17 at the time of this post... I don't seem to find anythying specifically that, but instead upgrade instructions where it is indicated that those instructions are specific to upgrading WAMP 2 to WAMP 3. Still searching, but if there is such info posted, could you post a link
