Hallo, I just solved the problem. The C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.35\modules\mod_ssl.so file does not fit to the apache server. I took another one from an other apache download and everything is now working fine. I only changed the .so file...

Hallo, I have the same problem with 3.1.4 64 bit version. Every time I activate "LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so" the apache is nor running.
