The only solution is to move the DB Servers and App Servers to same domain / workgroup or use the local SQL Server user

Hi, I am using WAMP Server 3 with SQL Server 2016. My App Severs are trying to connect to SQL Server and they are working fine with SQL Server Local Authentication. But the issue is when I am trying to connect to SQL Server via Windows Authentication, I am unable to connect. What I am doing is I am nit giving any UID / PWD for windows authentication.
