WampServer

Hi all, I've just installed Wamp 3.1.3 on my local pc, i was about to install my website template and noticed that my Bin file in Wamp (C:\wamp\bin) is 2.67Gb. Question; 1) Are these relevant for me? 2) Can i just delete the files in Bin to free up space? Please advise me better. Kind regards,
