WampServer

hi, I installed WAMPP but it fail to install properly. it is showing orange and indicates that one program is running in the hidden icon. then I try to uninstall it but it refuse to leave the local disc. it say "the action can not be completed because the folder or file is open in another program. close the folder and try again". several attempt still can not unstill it. please w
