WampServer

hie guys i have 4 projects on my wamp server .however since yesterday only one project is working the rest i am receiving error connection timed out message or connection took too long i have migrated tow of the projects to xamp and i am still getting the same error .HELP!!!!! Ps on one the the projects i ahd assigned it to port 82 because of the codeigniter config file, the other working one
