WampServer

hi, i'm new to this. i really need to know how to work with the wamp server. what i want is to build an application, whose final product is to generate an excel sheet, with my given parameters. can someone gimme some samples, or example apps using wamp server. i would really appreciate it. thanks and regards, cal
