I have a database backup that is 252mb and is in .sql format. I need to upload this to my server. I have a 2mb restriction on my phpmyadmin. I have edited my php.ini file to make it 300mb but it then limits it to 8mb. I have searched through various php files in the C:\Wamp folder and changed any occurrences that seemed like they would be affecting the upload/import limit. I changed something and
