Maybe it is because the installed xdebug version is different from the reported one. Version at "\bin\php\php7.1.9\phpForApache.ini" is "php_xdebug-2.5.5-7.0-vc14-x86_64.dll" while the installed version is "php_xdebug-2.5.5-7.1-vc14-x86_64.dll". Just replace the version at "\bin\php\php7.1.9\phpForApache.ini" with the last one. I guess the same happens w
