Losothecreator - Did you get any further on this? I have exactly the same problem using OneDrive for Business with Wampserver. None of my virtual hosts are working after upgrading windows 10 4 days ago. Absolutely nothing had been changed and the paths that are reported as missing are still there. Wampserver also glows green in the tray. All very baffling. I've tried using SUBST to change
